Project

Raleigh Urgant Care Center

Solution

The current site of the Raleigh Urgent Care Center was previously occupied by a place of worship. As the needs of the structure changed the building became home to a commercial office space. Jenkins Architecture was then contracted to transform an outdated building into the medical facility of Surgeon, Dr. Allen Mask. As the renovation took place many key aspects of the building were to change. The program was adjusted to service the Raleigh community as a leading health care center. The building, like the many patients treated within, received a new lease on life. The building was transformed into an aesthetically pleasing landmark on the busy street of New Bern Avenue. By uplifts and preservation of an old structure Raleigh had become more aesthetically pleasing, while preparing for a prosperous future.
